Karleigh Heitschmidt

Karleigh, a native of Florence, Alabama, joined Fortif in September of 2024. Karleigh is eager to serve her home state and seeks to approach her clients’ needs with excellence, efficiency, and a commitment to understanding their legal situations. 

She earned her degree in Finance from Auburn University before graduating from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. During her time at Cumberland, Karleigh served as President of the Christian Legal Society, as Copy Editor for the Cumberland Law Review, and as a CASA Volunteer. 

Outside the office, Karleigh enjoys playing pickleball with her husband, hosting game nights, and spending quality time with her church family at Philadelphia Baptist Church.
