Gabe Tucker

Gabe is a corporate lawyer with a broad-based practice serving clients across the business lifecycle—from high-growth startups to some of the largest companies in the region. He advises for-profit businesses, private foundations, and nonprofits, including mission-driven organizations focused on economic development and public policy.

Gabe’s work spans entity formation, corporate governance, capital raising, transactions, strategic planning, and public policy. He frequently serves as outside counsel and a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex legal, regulatory, and operational challenges. Whether he is supporting innovation, shaping policy, or guiding growth, his goal is to deliver practical, creative, and thoughtful counsel that helps clients succeed.

In addition, Gabe helps individuals and families with their estate planning through the creation of wills, trusts, and other instruments.

Prior to working at Fortif, Gabe attended Cumberland School of Law. For his undergraduate degree, Gabe attended Mercer University where he played on the men’s soccer team and met his wife, Hannah. When he is not working, Gabe enjoys staying active, following sports, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

“I enjoy partnering with clients to build impactful things – whether a company, strategy, or other venture.”
